Yasser Aureada - With over 8 years of professional experience in auditing and accounting firms worldwide. A Bedan law student and recently awarded as Top 4 Outstanding Law Student 2018 of San Beda College Alabang School of Law. With accreditations from Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue, and Securities and Exchange Commission as External Auditor and Tax Agent. He is well-versed in Accounting and Payroll Systems, Business Registrations, Compilation, Taxation and Auditing in various industries such as retailing, wholesaling, manufacturing, online selling, construction, realty, car dealership, information technology, education institution, business process outsource, architectural designs, engineering, food chains kiosks, restaurants, event management, marketing, advertising, and non-stock non-profit companies. He has a strong tax accounting background with a Chartered Tax Adviser Level 1-certified from The Tax Institute - Sydney, Australia. He also worked with offshore multinational companies from Australia, Palau, Australia, India, China, Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, and United States of America.

Bernie Ventilacion - Vernis is a Certified Public Accountant. She is also taking a Juris Doctor degree. As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Vernis has been meeting the accounting needs of corporations for the past 6 years. Her experience includes handling large-volume financial services for multinational corporations. She specializes in preparing asset, liability and capital account management and analysis. With her careful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, she is able to perform precise auditing tasks, ensuring that financial transactions are accurately represented.​​ She has a passion for helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well – being.
